Judy Reynolds has over 25 years experience as a consultant to businesses from a diverse range of industry sectors.  As a business consultant and coach Judy works closely with business owners and leaders to implement strategies which improve business performance, focusing on revenue growth, cash flow improvement, increased profitability, asset enhancement and protection and succession planning.  The significantly positive client outcomes are a testament to Judy’s keen ability to recognise opportunities, to optimise potential and to proactively manage change.

Judy currently sits on the Gladstone Ports Corporation Ltd Board (chairing the Audit Committee), the Gladstone Economic and Industry Development Board, The Gladstone Foundation Advisory Panel and The Rio Tinto Alcan Community Fund Advisory Board which brings with it a global reference and large corporation experience.  Judy has chaired and served as a board member on the National Sothertons Group Board for many years.

Steven Marsten, Partner - CPA

Steve Marsten is one of those people who truly enjoys his job - advising businesses to reach their true potential. He believes in the adage: Business is only limited by the limitations that business leaders put on themselves.

Steve has been a partner at Sothertons Gladstone since 2001 and has worked at the firm since 1997. He has completed a Bachelor of Business - Majoring in Accounting and is both CA affiliated and CPA Qualified and has over 28 years experience as a business advisor.

As an authorized representative of Professional Investment Services, a division of Sothertons, Steve is able to look at all angles of your financial and business plans. This dual accreditation allows him to advise on a large scope of investments. He has a passion for property and believes in a diversified portfolio encompassing all types of investments.

Steve’s clients include small, medium and large businesses as well as a number of investment clients. He has a strong focus on educating and advising business owners on how to build strong and robust businesses that provide the life balance they desire and deserve.

Tina Zawila, Partner - CA

Tina is a Chartered Accountant and the CEO of Sothertons Gladstone, a position she has held since 2004.  In July 2007 she became a Director.
With over 18 years experience in the accounting industry, Tina is passionate about empowering her clients and team to achieve their life goals through financial success.

Tina has spent the last 7 years growing and strengthening her own business, Sothertons. She is now applying those skills and abilities to help her clients achieve their goals by implementing growth strategies, increasing profitability, understand cash flow, protecting assets and planning for succession.

Tina has a very strong commitment to developing the future of the accounting and business services industry by promoting the benefits to students - the next generation.

As well as developing and encouraging youth Tina also promotes her profession by connecting with others in the industry to improve results and enhance careers and businesses.

Tina has a Bachelor of Business with Distinction majoring in Accounting from Central Queensland University, is a Chartered Accountant, and is accredited as a DISC profiler.  Tina is the Chairperson of the EQIP BITS Centre Advisory Committee and is a member of the National Sothertons Group Board of Directors.
